Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days from the time of order. We strive to fulfill our customer’s orders as fast as possible, and we are always looking for new innovative ways to make our processes faster, and better for all customers.

All orders currently ship via Fedex, and we cannot ship to P.O. box addresses or zip codes, including U.S. military P.O. boxes such as APO and FPO.

Please keep in mind we are closed on the weekends and major holidays, and any orders placed during that time will not be processed until the following Monday or the next available business day.

Returns & Replacements

Our goal is to have you completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the products we sell and strive to offer excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 1-855-305-7897 or email support@reusetek.com to inquire about returns and replacements.

Unless otherwise stated, items can be returned up to 30 days after the shipment was received.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We currently accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments via Paypal.

We strive to offer the best prices on our products and services, and do everything we can to keep our costs low in order to allow our products to reach as many people and families as possible.

Sometimes we offer special promotions and sales, so check back often! We will honor any sale, or advertised price, even if it’s a mistake.

Viewing Orders

Viewing orders is simple, just log into your account, and click on the orders tab, you will be able to view all current orders, and even see all your past orders. You can also track each order, and view shipping information from your account page. If you have any questions about orders you can always email us at support@reusetek.com.

Updating Account Information

If you would like to update your account information, you can do so at any time by logging into your account. You can easily update your password, shipping information, and billing information. If you have any other questions about your account you can email us anytime at support@reusetek.com.
